Cardigan - Primark // T-shirt - Urban Outfitters // Jeans - Topshop Jonis // Sandals - Matalan // Necklace - Tentative Decisions via giveaway

I have been in desperate need for a new pair of sandals so on Saturday I ventured to Matalan and found these bad boys in the sale for £7. They are pretty comfy and match with more stuff than my old brown ones did. I paired them with a very boring outfit but I wanted to be comfy. As I may have mentioned before my Jonis are fading a hell of a lot which makes me sad because I spent the most I have ever spent on jeans on them and now with that I had got some blue mom jeans. Oh well.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Week in Photos #33

boring outfit - primark top and topshop jeans // OOTD (post here) // selfy // History magazine // Got a new strap for my film camera // first attempt using a hair doughnut
This week has been rather boring for me, I haven't had the chance/the money to do anything too exciting. I'm mainly preparing for the next 2 weeks where I am actually leaving the house (hooray).
I hope you've had a magnificent weekend!

Kimono - Matalan // Crop top - Primark // Shorts - Charity shop and DIY // Shoes - Barratts* // Necklace - Topshop // Lipstick - MUA shade 1

Yes I know what you're thinking, not that top and that kimono again but yup it is. I haven't worn them in a while so I felt that I should. Today I teamed it with my shorts and my flatforms as well as the trusty red lipstick.

I have just spent the day watching Buffy, hence the title. I hope to be going on lots of day trips this summer so stay tuned!

Confess To Me

The Clash T-shirt - My Dad's // Leather skirt - Rokit vintage // Socks - Topshop // Shoes - Dr Martens // Bag - Charity Shop
This morning I persuaded my sister to come to the park with me to take pictures. Unfortunately they aren't as good as I wanted them to be because my camera ran out of battery half way through and refused to co-operate. As you can see it has rained for the first time in ages and with it came thunder and lightening (very very frightening) but it's still oddly warm so I got to go bare legged.
I just threw this outfit on this morning, it's comfy enough to lounge around the house in but not too warm because you all know that leather skirts and heat isn't the best combination.
I also made a snaily friend at the park and found some weird goo on a tree.

When a Fire Starts To Burn

Dress - Topshop // Shoes - Barratts* // Necklace - Topshop // Eagle Ring - Vintage Fair // Lipstick - Topshop in Infrared

This is my go to outfit at the moment, it's easy to just sling on and looks good with minimal effort required. It is definitely one of my best topshop purchases ever. I have been dying to wear my flatforms this summer but I haven't been anywhere that would be practical for me to wear them but finally I got them out! My Mom always rolls her eyes when I wear them because she hates them with a passion. I seem to have a bit of an obsession with gold jewellery lately. I have always preferred it to silver jewellery but I just seem to be wearing tonnes of it.

Have a fab week! x

Week In Photos #32

History work that took me a whole 10 hours // light reading before bed // love bus rides on empty busses // new minkpink dress // OOTD // face // Nancy being all cute // OOTD // Blackpool pleasure beach

This week has dragged so much! I've been doing last little bits of work for sixth form which just took ages but finally it is the summer holidays. Yesterday I went with my friends to Blackpool pleasure beach for my friend's birthday and I am very proud that I went on the Pepsi Max. I am going to spend the rest of the holidays chilling out and finding stuff for my history coursework.

Now that it's the holidays I really want to blog more seeing as I have more time on my hands. I don't want to just keep doing outfit posts all the time so if there is anything you would like to see me post then let me know.

Dress - Minkpink at Urban Outfitters // Shoes - Primark (old) // Sunglasses - Primark // Bracelet - Urban Outfitters // Necklace - DIY // Lipstick - Topshop Infrared (review)

Firstly I would like to apologise for my absence, I know it has only been a week since I last blogged but I feel like that was ages ago. Anyway last week I went shopping in the hope to have a huge splurge but instead I just bought a few things, including this beautiful dress. I have always loved minkpink dresses because they just hang really nicely so when I saw this bad boy in the sale at £35 reduced from £75 I had to buy it. It is perfect in this stupid heat but it will also be great in the winter with a pair of tights, a thick cardi and docs.

In other news, I was recently told my wonderful teachers at school that I have been selected to go on a trip to Poland for the learning about Auschwitz scheme. Basically I get to go on a trip to Auschwitz so I can come back and inform others on what it's like and what I've learnt. As you all know I am such a history geek so I am very excited to go and I think it will be such a good opportunity for me.

I only have this week left and then hooray for summer! I am counting down the days.

Week In Photos #31

waiting at the bus stop after sixth form // waiting to go to Manchester // drunk faces with Laura
I apologise for my lack of posts over the past week or so. I think it's safe to say that I am stuck in a style rut at the moment. I went shopping yesterday and only bought a dress, a very beautiful dress though. I also have a cold which sucks. I finish sixth form in 2 weeks for the summer holidays so hopefully I will have a lot of more interesting posts then.

But for now you will have to put up with minimum posts.

Deer oh deer

Jumper - Rokit Vintage // Jeans - Topshop Joni // Necklace - Topshop // Boots - Doc Martens
Hey lovelies! This jumper is one of those items that I love but I always forget about, when I put it on today I felt all warm and snuggly and remembered why I love it so much. I bought it the first time I went to Rokit vintage in London in 2011. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with my gold chain necklace because I spent £12.50 on it and the gold is starting to come off already. The same goes for the jeans, they are starting to fade as well and have random bits of thread coming off them. My primark jeans are in a better condition and they were 1/3 of the price. Come on topshop!

Anyway enough of the moaning, this is what I wore when I went for a walk with my sister. I was having one of those horrible sundays where I hated all of my clothes and wanted to stay in bed but instead I forced myself to get up and do something.

Anyway  have a fab week.
